Key Policy Highlights

  1. Timeframe

    • You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify.

  2. Eligibility

    • Only online purchases can be returned (in-store purchases are not eligible for online returns).

    • Returns must be sent to WAYNE FLEX’s designated address (returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted).

    • Free shipping items: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Shipping Refunds

    • All return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the buyer.


How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Request

    • Go to the Returns Portal and fill out the form.

    • If your order status is “Not Shipped,” click “Confirm Shipment” before requesting a return.

  2. Wait for Approval

    • Our support team will email you with return instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item

    • Repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Send it to the provided return address (keep tracking info for reference).


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds

    • PayPal: Processed within 3 business days.

    • Credit Card: May take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Exchanges

    • Your replacement will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return.

  • If you accidentally send your return to the wrong address:

    2. We cannot guarantee recovery, and no compensation will be provided.

⚠ Why Your Return Might Be Rejected

  • Items show signs of wear, missing tags, or improper packaging.

  • Attempting to return in-store purchases online (or vice versa).

❓ Who Pays for Return Shipping?

       We offer shipping cost reimbursement for exchanges in select countries/regions. Once we receive and verify your exchange, we’ll refund you the reasonable shipping cost.

       Please note: Due to logistical limitations, some remote areas in these countries/regions may not qualify, and you’ll need to cover the exchange shipping and insurance costs yourself.
